Waterborne paints are among the most advanced finishing systems available today. They are efficient, easy to use and contribute to preserving the environment. Replacing conventional solvents with water is the way forward for modern refinishing.

Standox recognised this trend early and responded to the challenge. The result is Standohyd - an internationally accepted paint system that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of quality and efficiency.

Standohyd is based on 64 mixing bases, allowing for accurate mixing of approximately 23,000 solid, metallic and pearlescent colours.

The Standohyd range of colours includes all major current and "classic" vehicle colours. It's advanced pigments give very accurate colour matching.

Using Standox colour tools such as the Acquire Spectrophotometer and Standowin, colours can be matched and mixed precisely.

Standohyd is a thoroughly tested paint system with a proven track record in a constantly rising number of bodyshops.

The process could hardly be easier or cleaner - simply thin the paint with demineralised water using the viscosity stick and you are ready to spray.

State-of-the-art flash-off technology increases productivity and vehicle throughput. This practical and economical system requires less stock holding, placing less frequently used tinters into 500ml containers - which means less money tied up in stock and reduced waste.
